To be honest I can't remember the cost. I'd have to dig out the receipts and I couldn't be ar$ed hopping around the house at the moment trying to find them.

Bradders it was a different oil, setting the airgap, different springs and a few other minor things ... And yes it's relatively easy to swap them over but what oil do you use? What springs are best? What should your airgap be?

All mine are non-standard and very far from settings that work for MW for example, which are also non-standard - same with the setup of my rear shock. That's not just our weight difference either, but our styles of riding.
