I had this kind of problem but in reverse..I bought a pair of (new) shoes from an e-bay trader last year for a bargain price, (bet she wished she'd stuck a reserve on 'em). Cheque was cashed but no shoes arrived. The seller claimed that they must have got lost in the post, but clammed up after I asked for proof of posting. Letters to her business address went unanswered so I looked up her private address on 192.com and wrote threatening small claims proceedings..I was sent a refund by return. |
