Well this time of year it’s difficult to say.
But with both Ankles, Arms and Knees playing up from previous brakes and ligament damage.
Me hip’s a bit sore from a dislocation, prolapsed disks making their presents felt, compressed vertebrae in me neck, arthritis in the hands from to many January days at sea.

Chiropractor looked at my MRI and refuses to treat me anymore.

But I reckon it’s nothing a bottle of baby oil and a full strip down and service wouldn’t sort out.

Just let me know when you can make a start.

Unfortunately, the downside is you've given yourself a really poor write up so the full strip down service/oil etc. in not likely to be available.
