| Forward your correspondence with him to e-bay making a note of the fact that he's said he's not going to pay etc.
Did you have in your ad that you only accepted UK based buyers? That you will cancel bids for bad feedback etc? A lot of it will come down to what the conditions of sale were (the description of your ad)
E-bay should sort this out for you though, seems reasonably clear cut. |
