I popped into JHP this week and from what the sales guy was saying they have had a few mechanics and the workshop manager leave recently, so maybe its just teething problems with new staff?? they are a big dealer so i doubt it was mr hackett himself who does service work! nice to think it was though! so its all down to acutally has the spanners in his hand, and i doubt if you even get to meet him??? they certainly seem very good but everyone makes mistakes i guess, proof of customer service will be how quickly and with how little fuss they sort it out! good luck. |
