It'll be a combination of all the bits working together. I expect the comp' would help a little in anycase.

Your doing the same as me mate,
Just got to split the cases now and check the crank and gearbox etc.
I was then thinking of getting the crank balanced and working from there.
Was thinking about High comp pistons etc but my pistons are in super condition along with the bore etc. So only really wanted to add some new piston rings.
I intend to set it all back up as good as I can get it, such as the cam timing and the squish etc.
Was also thinking of getting some of those STM adjustable cam/belt wheels. Have to see if its worth it though!
