Seems you are stuffed on the "no stock" front. Threaten to spit your dummy out and leave in 3 months if they don't get you one quick sharp.
There is stock in the UK. There is stock in Orange. There just isn't stock in the Orange phone service (the stores, the phone hotline, and the online shop are all different entities and have their own allocation).
Speak to the head of customer service and complain that they have stock in your local Orange shop who isn't willing to give it to you while you are still on contract. |
