| Well .... if you are VAT registered then you can claim "reasonable business expenses" and VAT back on such items. You'd have to be able to show that the bike was for "business use" though! It would also have to be owned by "the company", I think, and then of course you would fall foul of the "company vehicle" tax rules.
Is it really worth it I wonder?
