| I did the Bike Safe course yesterday. Great fun and I learned a lot. It was very refreshing to talk to the Police riders and hear their views on the speed limits. To be honest, we rarely rode at the speed limit all day. That wasn't to say we rode recklessly, just went at an appropriate speed for the conditions. The Police rider with me took us for a hugh speed blast round a couple of junctions of the M25. It was superb fun.
Thanks for the suggestion guys. It was really good and I feel I learned a lot about road positioning and cornering, which is exactly why I went.
I shall look for a suitable track day course next year. |
