| Halfords do a spanking little socket set in their Professional range that has all the tork bits as well. I think it was around 25 squid and comes in a little box etc. Always goes with me on track days.
As for the tie wrap, lockwire will do the same. Good idea, but not strictly neccesary - that said I never go out without!!!
