| I rewired my alternator back to the windings. I used single core wire, shrinkwrapped and then use silicon around the plug.
There is no pressure to the oil, just splashing.
Problem with using a 2 core, of suitable gauge, is it won't go through the grommet too easy.

For the connectors, I used good old bullets and sealed them to keep the dirt out. |
