You'll need two take off connectors to screw in to the header pipes (cheap) and a CO analyser (expensive).
It's the CO(carbon monoxide) you need to check/adjust, not the CO2.
There is a degree of adjustment possible with the air bypass screws on each throttle body, but if there's not enough, you'll also need a Mathesis tester to adjust the CO trimmer within the software of the ECU.

The short answer is................ it's a dealer/workshop job

another solution would be a power commander and a bit of dyno time
