| sounds to me like your NAV licence has or is about to expire, it only lasts a year then you are expected to renew on line to continue getting the live update service which you need to keep your anti-virus software up to date and be able to spot new viruses. If you do not renew you will stop being able to download the latest anti virus updates and the NAV will become useless. |
