I think the last report was that in a case brought to court, ACPO didn't provide any evidence and so the case was thrown out. Summit like that. If they had let it got o trial and lost THEN it sets a precedence, no ttial and no test case. I think.

But then ... it was MCN who reported that, so it might not be true.
