I'm still a little confused. The FIM website seems to indicate that the 888 was fitted with the same (038 or 039) EPROM regardless of which ECU (P7 or P8) was fitted. If that is correct then does that mean that the big improvement in fuelling that the road test articles attribute to the P8 is actually down the revised EPROM that was first fitted to the P7 in the 888?
