I'm formulating a plan, but as I don't have a bike, could somebody please go and measure their exhaust for me?
I want to know the outer diameter of the exhaust system, where the mid-section/link pipe slips over the front section/downpipes.
The idea being, if I race in DD, I would have stock front pipes and some Norton Commando silencers (coz they're about £800 cheaper than Termi ones
)
The Commando silencers are 1" 3/8 (35mm).
Would they fit ish?
A little 'encouragement' isn't a problem, I can go to Ali's with some precision left-handed hammers :P
