Take it back to Aylesbury Ducati.
It should have been serviced before you got it and the filters done to be fair but if its been stood a while the bad fuel can leave like a residue on the inside of the tank, this breaks down with the new petrol and then finds its way to the filter housing and filter so causing a problem similar to the one you describe.
