| Having spent a few years where the glass seemed permanently empty I think that whenever things seem crap I try to take the approach that often there is very little you can do to change stuff so you just get on and find the good stuff.
It doesn't always work, it has to be said, but its definitely better than stressing about things for more than a day.
I am quite surprised that not many folks have positive things to say about their year though. |
