| Ive been going to my local spit and sawdust gym for quite a while now, it consists mostly of free weights and a few machines, there is another room for the cardio stuff, will be interesting to see how packed it gets in the new year with numptys who only turn up for a few weeks. Does make me laugh.
poked my head round the door at the local leisure pool where they have extended the gym, there are cardio machines everywhere with tv's in them , just a little section at the end where the weights are. This is where all the pretty people come to look good. |
