You've got 3 options.

1. Use a punch with a sharp point on the end (grind one on if you have to) to tap the outer edge of the bolt head round in an anticlockwise direction. It's surprising how often this works!!
2. The torx solution mentioned above is a good one. Drill the hole slightly bigger if necessary, and then hammer the torx bit in.
3. If all else fails, drill the bolt out!
