The studs from Ducati aren't that expensive. If you're going to the trouble of dropping the motor, i'd do all the lot whilst your at it. You'd be pretty pi55ed if you have to do it all again further down the line, especially on the rear pot..........
Soak them in WD40 and warm the engine with a hot air gun or such like. Work the studs back and forth to, rather than go for unscrewing it straight out. Be careful
