I just noticed no-one replied to your question about the exhaust touching the swingarm ...
it is something you will 'get away with' if it is only a 'touch', but you really dont want them to touch at all.
When you are racing everything happens with a lot more force than in the workshop
and things that hit each other will break.
Maybe not straight away, but they will.
