| Hmmm, buying used wheels sound a little risky....may just simply be a swap for better wheels, or it may be parts from a stolen bike or worse.

Also, with all the stolen bikes I see discussed here, I am a little surprised that buying parts on the net is not approached a little more gingerly.. |
