I dont know what your PC knowledge is but take a look at this site
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ Look at the boot disk info.
basically you create a boot disk what has the ability to reset the password. However you will lose any files if they where encrypted on a EFS filesystem.
