I'm with Fiscus on this one - I felt sorry for him at first but being stupid enough to take BOTH hands off the wheel after all the case of people eating / drinking at the wheel and being prosecuted just shows contempt.
Also, 22mph in a 40 mph zonesfrom a young guy in a car with his mates suggests to me that he might just have driving a bit faster before and knew the camera van was there!!!!
or am I being unjustly cynical?
