| Mine actually says to fully discharge every three months. Presumably this is to avoid "battery memory" - where the battery actually reduces its effective power range by only using part of its capabilities.
I reckon you'll be fine, you have in effect discharged the battery fully and are now recharging it. Albeit with a wait in between!!!!
