There are some people who will wled or braze your leaking seam. Suggest they fill tank with sand and water first and it should present no real problems.

Failing that the aircraft industry use a material called PRC to line aircraft fuel tanks. It's like rubber and you mix it with a catalyst before pouring it into the tank and sloshing it around. I used it for years in the RAF to seal tanks and it worked brilliantly. I'm sure a google search will turn up something similar.
