| To me a Ducati is a bike with purity of purpose....that is what my first 748 (an SP) was about. These days it seems to be a case of buying a bike, throwing as much bling at it as you can afford no matter how tasteless. The ultimate expression of that is stick on carbon side panel for airboxes....why?????
Useless accessories:
carbon stick-on sidepanels - adds weight
carbon key guards - adds weight
carbon disc vents - adds weight in the worst possible place i.e unsprung weight
vented carbon clutch covers - ever seen what happens to your clutch when you fall off on the clutch side?
Casoli should know better.
