The real problem with this sort of control is that it removes your ability to react to any given situation and will end up causing more accidents and deaths
Just imagine part way through a turn, leant over, big brother puts the brakes on your bike stands up, runs wide and you end up hitting a wall or on coming traffic, great solution you certainly wont be speeding after that.
