| I don't use one. I use the Oxford protective film. The sort that they use for tank protectors. I cut a piece off and stick my tax disc on with it. It is the only waterproof tax disc older I have ever had.
Stick it on the bike and take a picture of it on your mobile phone so if some Tw*t nicks it you can still show that it was there.
