| Fill the cooling system cold, and squeeze the hoses to work the coolant around the system. When the coolant level remains at max, on the tank, then it's full and all the air has gone.
Don't take the cap off until it is cold though.
The fan doesn't come in until the needle is quite a way over to the right. Past 3/4 for sure.
The smoke will be the coolant, the WD40, gasket sealer, grease etc. burning off. Wouldn't worry. |
