Well .. Bayliss doesn't exactly look smooth to me!!!! And I reckon he got around Cadwell ok.
So it takes all types but I agree that smooth helps the bike out more. I'm trying to smooth out my riding but when you're my size it makes it a little more difficult. Especially when you're someone who tends to brake late and hard naturally.
