I have chipped the last bone in my big toe and its never really healed as such, still sort of grinds if i wiggle the end of it. Doc first said nowt was broken but x-ray showed it chipped on the end said not much can do about it unless i kept weight off it for ever it will never heal properly

Note to self try not to run upstairs to fast
