Really wouldn't worry yourself about it mate...

Its not that common a fault...if it was there would be a recall issue on it as it definately has saftey ramifications.

If you worry about things like that, then were do you stop...have my wheels got a crack in 'em...are by discs about to explode...is a new belt faulty and about to let go...is the vertical piston about to blast through the cycliner head and take my family jewels with it???

Seriously...don't waste anymore of your time thinking about it.
