Paypal makes it easy for those of us who don't have CC merchant accounts to take CC payments.
Why should we expect the service to be free?
I always account for it when posting an auction, and accept it. I think any seller should do the same.
Now Travel Agents that charge 2% for CC payments online, but don't provide another means of paying, that's another rant (but it's perfectly legal) |
