Wheelies in a built-up area...how about the pedestrain crossing that they wheelied away from? By definition if there's a pedestrian crossing then there will be pedestrians about and footpaths. It's almost certain the area is a 30. If you fall off a bike in a built-up area where there's pedestrains then there is no telling where it's going to go. 400lb of moving metal hitting a pedestrian is going to be messy.

C'mon Steve - it's stupidity and you should know better than to defend. Out in the glf zone - fair play but, in an urban environment???
