| Fitted both the kits on my 748 and 996. Found it wasn't a major job if you remove the parts that your putting the etching marks on and just take your time. Have a look at a few dukes in your local dealers for location ideas. I glued the transponders to the underside of the bottom yoke and on the innner spoke casting of the rear wheel. The warning sticker is on the top yoke, I know its not pretty but it has to be prominent.
BTW I go over the bike with the datadots every six months or so just to make sure it still has plenty in place.
