What plugs are you using?
NGK DPR8EA-9 are what you want to use. These come pre-gapped at 0.9mm (.035") which is a a lot more than the factory spec gap of .024" (IIRC). The ignition system is well capable of firing the wider gap which helps prevent fouling. I ran these in my 900ss for 5 years and never ever had difficulties with starting or plug fouling. |
