| Oil in the airbox may be from the crankcase breather through the crankcase oil boxes (Little plastic jobbies under the seat) and then into the airbox! If it has never been cleaned out then thats where that has come from!
As for the water is it a build up of condensation? Has it been kept out side? Has it got an open air box? All of these maybe causes!
As for the petrol is it just the seperation of oil/water mix, it will smell of petrol any how!
