| OK, here's what I've discovered.... If you're using Firefox and you're image is too big, in terms of dimensions, then you're returned the message, "file should be in jpeg format ". Try the same thing in Explorer and you get a more useful message about the image being too big. Mine was 132x160 and you're only allowed 155x155.
So, resize your image down to 155x155 and all will be well. |
