Hi all. I've got use of one of
these to use for a while, but I've no idea how get my bike onto it and secure it without dropping it. I have front and rear paddock stands that I can use if need-be. Can anyone give me step-by-step 'how to'? Is it a two-man job or can I do it on my own?
