| All cheques already sent for Brands and or Oulton will be destroyed. If you really want the cheque back contact Lizzie and I am sure she will send them back-but remember it does mean extra work for her. Credit cards won't have been debited yet anyway so no problem with them.
Sorry to have to dissapoint people but the 'lets wait until closer to the date and check the weather/finance' cannot work for the club-it is too big a financial risk for us at nearly £15,000 for the day-that's why we structured it the way we did to allow us an escape route before we had to commit money. Brands is a good track, but it is too expensive now IMHO, and we have to fill it or lose money-as we did last year.
