, then how about the Royal York? Slightly over your budget but very nice and plush and with a full-monty breakfast in the morning.
I've stayed there a few times, but admittedly I wasn't paying.
It's close to the station and well within walking distance of the City.
Last time I stayed I think it was around the £120 mark - might be more at weekends though.
