At the end of the day, too much of anything is bad for you. Who can honestly say they drink the required amount of water each day, or eat 5 types of friut or fresh veg and fiber. Living is bad for you, it just depends on what we eat, drink and how much exercise we do to prolong it. You would'nt touch hardly any food, if you saw where it came from and how people prepare it, especially in restaurants and processing plants. Well thats me off my soap box, I'm gonna have a lovely microwave dinner and watch the rugby.!! |
