| I've run a number of different seat set up's, mono, BP, Carbon, painted, un-painted etc etc. Have a Racefit can which is very close to the seat unit and I do not have any problems at all.
On the move you should not have any problems, danger would be stopped in traffic on a very hot day. Again I would have thought you would be OK.
If you park a dark car in the sun on a hot day, feel how hot the paintwork gets ..... still does not blister etc.
