now sorted
took all the fuel side to bits,
including tank off, pump out, tap off and pipes off
seems that when i put the fuel filter on, the hot water id used to ease the very cold and stiff pipes on had actually melted the ends (both!) of the filter hence blocking the whole thing
last thing i thought of
so never use heat to put your fuel fillter pipes on! |
