Find a friendly bike dealer who will sell it for you on a commission basis. OK, you have to pay some of the money to the dealer, but, the price it sells for will be more than you can get privately so you will still get a good return.
Advantage is that you don't get numpties, tyre kickers and potential thieves coming around your house.
