OK, who owns a Honda Insight or a Smart Diesel. The Honda has only sold 200 in the UK and is not manufactured anymore and the Smart isn't imported to the UK. Well if you do own one then you won't have any road tax to pay. Wow! That's £13,000 he's given back to us (200 x £65). When I say us, that's not me.
