| My slipper clutch worked fine up to 11800 miles, although dealer ( Rant, Basr*rds) said it was in need of replacement at 5500 miles.
It got very noisy towards the end as the gap between the plate teeth and basket got bigger. Well past the service limit of 2 mm i think, but as i say it still worked fine.
