| I am with Rescue 'U' Ltd. I got this through my insurance broker, Premium Choice. I think I negotiated that this was thrown in for free if I took out the Fully Comp policy.
I had occassion to use them on Monday. They contract out work I believe to local recovery companies. I had to wait about 2 hours to get collected - but this was at 4.30pm on a Monday in South West London.
When the driver arrived he was friendly, let me direct him to my home by the quickest route and then returned about 10 minutes after dropping me off because I'd left my rucksack in the van.
So, reasonably happy. |
